| Rang on a Sunday morning as we could not gain access in to our home. Lee answered and said he would be with us in about 20 minutes. He arrived within the time , gained access, removed the lock and cleaned it, fitted new seal to the door, made it safe for us to use and left us secure. He said he would order a new locking mechanism (which was 30 years old) and came back 2 days later to fit it, would recommend Defender Locksmith, in particular Lee. Fast, efficient, friendly service.
